Doesn't necessarily mean they've been scrapped my car has been off the road for quite a few years but always sorn'd so the database always comes back with a 'date of liability' for the tax which makes it look like it's on the road.
I know someone with a cortina that's been off the road since 1997 with the same year for date of liability - don't know how he gets away with not sorning it - I thought was illegal not to declare an untaxed car off road?? :?
