hi peeps havent posted on here four a while,got a new project going on (pics will come shortly)  jus need to know how i would go about getting my engine block cleaned. it is stripped of all its internals. thanks. :)

Degreaser?

Maybe a local engineering place could give it a blast off in exchange for some beer tokens?

Probably also worth getting a selection of thread taps to make sure there all clean, because if a bolt does get stuck and snaps you can guarentee it will do it when the engine is in situ making repairs awkward.

At least that's my experiance anyway.  :lol:

ok thanks. elbow grease it is then :shock:  i did think i could get it dipped but ive rung them and thay say thay cant dip it because its cast :(

ultrasonic cleaning mate type it in on yell or another directory theyll be somewhere local that does it itll get ur block looking brand new  :D  theres a company round back of mine that does it amazing how it works really  :lol:
