Does a forge actuator make any difference on a standard turbo?thanks

It might help to hold boost abit moe stable,I fitted a collins -31 actuator to my t2 turbo a few years ago and that got rid of the boost spikes that I used to suffer with.

Won't give anymore performance, as mentioned it'll help hold boost better as no doubt the original actuator is getting abit old and weak so will generate alittle boost spike.
