Work in progress

Header Tank Relocation to Anti perc Fan Location (Phase 2 GTT)

Want to utilise the space in your engine better and shorten the length of those unsightly coolant hoses?

Why note relocate the header tank to the Anti perc Fan location.

Method 1 keeping the heater matrix pipe work in place.

First of you will need to remove the Anti Perc fan if you havenít already done so.

Tools Required,
Flat head screwdriver,
Phillips Headed Screwdriver,
1 x 17mm push on connection (both ends) I used some plastic washing machine fixings from my local Robert Dyas which cost about £2.00 but I believe Wilkinsons do cheap black versions,
2 x extra jubille clips that will fit around the 17mm push on connection above with the hoses attached.
Stanley knife or decent pair of scissors that will cut through your coolant pipes,

Remove all the existing pipes to the header tank and place on the floor also remove the header tank itself and place on the floor
