alright chaps how easy is it to fit a t25 to a r5? iv got one on at the mo but need another as this ones blown

is it worth the gain over a t2?

The car feels more 'lively' with the T2 fitted because of the lower amount of lag.

I suppose the main question is how much boost you plan to run.

had a quick read and it all seems pretty straight forward for the swap, just the oil feed, can you get adaptors from somwere like Pirtek? im worried drilling and tapping might get some swarf in the turbo itself

Pirtek will make you an adapter for the oil feed.

For the drain try to get the metal pipe included with the turbo (if it's the Rover T25's your looking for). This can then be cut to length and attached to your existing rubber hose. I'm sure you can buy the oil drains new anyway, probably best asking around some turbo sellers or search on eBay etc.

cool the cars running a t25 from a 200sx s13 at the mo i may be able to take some bits of fthat, to join the oil pipe from the rover turbo to the oil lines on the 5 (11 in my case) would you just slip the rubber pipe from the r5 over the rover metal one and jubily clip it? sorry stupid qu!

pirtek 14 for the union and adapter i got one when i fitted my t25 mate.
