r5 as a track car

hi everyone

what do people think about using a renault5 as a track car?
id realy like to take mine to the nurburgring, but am unsure it would make it
does anyone use one on track?

There's quite a few 5's out there that get used on track. With some nice suspension mods they can be great  :D

And a bunch of people from the RTOC go over to the ring once or twice a year, driving the 5's there, round the track and back  8)

Go for Koni adjustables all round, you cant go wrong with them  8)  plus if you fancy the work poly bushes. Decent set of tyres and pads and you should see yourself a reasonable track toy to have fun in. Driving over to germany is great :) doesn't matter what car your in, been over there in my 5 once, and my 19 convertible 3 times, have had loads up fun in the 19 as can put the roof down and enjoy the drive round with the sound of all the nice cars going past :D
