hi  just wondered what my best optionsare to get little more power on my r5 i currently have the exhaust airfilter and uprated throttle bodie wonder what i should do next

intercooler and get the boost up with carb rejetted to match!!!
if there aint no rust it aint worth drivin!!

just bought a forge front mount intercooler, wat does that second bit mean?

Changing the size of jets inside the carb so that you can match the fuelling to the extra boost if you turn it up.

Dont forget a bigger turbo (boost dependent).

Seems best sort of value for money setup/fast road spec is
bigger turbo
Decent intercooler
free flowing exhuast and downpipe
carb set up for your boost level your running

theres a good guide in the r5 section on this site for setup, its a sticky thread at the top of the page
