Fitting Rover 220 t25 turbo......been given a rover t25 for the five...any help appreciated.Is it easily modified?have you done the conversion?what are the pitfalls?...please help..mark

You have to rotate both housings, you need the rover oil drain to chop down, you will need an adapter to fit the oil feed, swap over the water banjo's for the GTT ones, re-drill the compressor housing for the actuator, you may not need to move the front housing much if you plan on running the boost hoses differently as you could have it facing down, standar intercooler it needs to be facing up though...

have a pace intercooler to go in,so will need to rotate housing methinks,cheers for the advice and guidance,got the rover oil drain to chop down,can switch gtt banjo,will take a look at oil feed and sus out,have a t3 actuator possibly to fit,or can i run the t25 one with cup mod?

the tomcat actuator doesnt fit, you will need the t2 one. if its goin on the 25 rear housing it will need to be drilled out

Sorry to twitter on,is the cup mod also a good move?standard actuator is twin port, t3 is single port,will it give me better turbo response...my five is a fully restored,standard 5 turbo,after 9 years in a garage shes been running for 12 months now,no leaks or overheating,want to make her quick,give my mates v6 clio a fright.....

if ur running the t2 actuator only run 15psi with it, if u want more boost u'll have to use bleed valve.
