flushing my radiator

got my 5 on the road today (first time in 7 months) got uber hot, its somehting up with my radiator ither its nakerd or its just got a lot of crap build up in it from beeing stood so long, so im hopeing a good fflushing will do the trick,

having never done this before i haven't got a clue what radiator flush to use or how to do it, can any one point me in the right direction???

Is it all bled properly?
Fairy liquid and a hose should do the trick.
Give the outside a going over too to get all the muck out of the fins.

yeh both nipples 1 - top rad pipe. 2 - pipe cumming of water pump, thanks for that dude, hope its nice and sunny tomrow
