Ridiculously tiny tyre profile!

They're 165/35/17s and probably have the smallest sidewall height I think I've ever seen! These have gotta have less rolling diameter than 195/45/15s with the bonus of being smart 17s although they're quite narrow and may require a rim width of less than 7J would could cost dollars!!! :twisted:

I think they're all completely road legal! But obviously the ride comfort would seriously suffer - especially if the car is already lowered which of course it would be!
those 35 profiles look like there's about an inch of profile - they should make a 195 or a 205 for a 7J rim in a 30 profile.

I'm not a big fan of the overstretched look myself - a 195/45 shouldn't go on anything wider than 8J in my book - there's pics of 175/50/13s on 9.5J rims on there - they look shite!! All the inside of the rim edge and the tyre bead on show - they do warn it might be unsafe to even put the weight of a car on 'em though!!

5-mission your right they are legal but the tyre fitter makes you sign a dissclaimer because when they are stretched to a certain degree they are known to have a blow out! :cry:

my bro bought a set of escort cossie wheels before with stretched tyres on and they did look the nuts i must admit and i think you have got to have a good wheel to get the best look out of the stretch.

That's what I'm talkin about!! A 105 section on a big wide rim like that - why?!!!
The 4th from bottom looks cool like the arch is ready to cut the sidewall up as soon as the car moves!!

some of the tyre streching yes ok it does look shit hot maybe a inch of strecth is the most id say is safe if safe at all
