Hi guys. Been a r5 turbo owner now for 3 months , and managed to drive it twice doing a combined 40 miles. In this time i have spent over 1000 on parts alone. Everytime i fix something, another problem appears from nowhere. At the moment having electical problems.

PLEASE PEOPLE SHOW ME SOME LOVE, AS MY 5 CLEARLY HATES ME!!!!

Yeah guys been doing all the work with a friend. Didn't work on it yesterday as I was having a sulk, so that's one thing me and my car have got in common! Feel alot better today. The worst bit is the grief off the misses!but I'm not ready to give up yet! Will post up my problems in the next couple of days. Thanks for the support guys.

Your right I have learnt so much in the past 3 months, It just takes time caus I have never done any of it before. I've learnt how to change head, head gasket, turbo, radiator , inlet , all hoses. Now I have to get to know the basics of electrics as some monkey has added bits and bi-passed parts of the wiring loom. I'm not doing to bad as I had no knowledge of how an engine realy worked 3 months ago!

Yeah get learning its half the fun! I've had my current R5 four years and done less than 200miles in it! Still love it though ;)
