You get the exhaust gases that pass through the wastegate going down the screamer pipe.

close, the external wastegate bleeds off exhaust gas from the manifold to control the boost, similar to how the actuator on a std turbo opens the poppet valve in the rear housing, bypassing the exhaust turbine, limiting the boost, on an external the screamer pipe basically vents the 'bled' gas either back into the downpipe, same a a std turbo, or into atmosphere, making the 'scream' noise as it exhausts raw unsilenced exhaust

looks goood mate

did you just cut an old back bumper up to make it look like all one piece or did you get it like that from sumwhere  :?

as thats what i am doing with mine with me having a side exit too, i am just gonna cut an old bumper up and plastic weld it from behind

love the colour too is it custom or is it a standard factory colour
looks abit like the nissan 350z colour

its got part of another bumper to make the rear completely filled

colour is a one off, based on the seat colour that the toledo comes in but lots of copper and gold pearl in the paint that comes alive in the sun

Looks like he is going for equal lengths for each cylinder, i don't think theres that many different ways of doing it with space restrictions and turbo position.

a good mate of mine is doing it..

K-tec is £500, this so far owes £50......

its not a copy, its the only way it'll fit with my setup

Mark that is looking good matey,

Do you think your mate in the future would be interested in doing an exhaust manifold for a 172 with T3 flange? (i believe the standard 172 manifold is stainles steel as standad so from what I have been told it can be used and added to) :D
