The 550x140x65 size cooler will be plenty enough to do what you need.

anywhere for the alternater belt, just get a 10x1175 (think its off the campus originally), go to halfords, thats where i got mine from, was 3quid.

For pipes, anywhere on ebay mate. theres loads of sellers...

i used 'mrsilicone', and 'autoperformance' (turns out there the same company trading under 2 names), the hose i got are of good quality.

just ask for this...
pipe run on carb side = 2x 90 degree silicone bends (51mm), + straight alloy/stainless pipe to join up. and 1 57mm to 51mm 90 degree silicone bend (to join to intercooler)

turbo side= 3x 90 degree silicone bends + straight alloy/stainless pipe to join up. and again 1 57mm to 51mm 90 degree silicone reducer for your intercooler outlet.

And obviously yourl need jubilee clips to join up.

Oh yer and the pipe run will cost you more than the cooler   . But still works out cheaper than a forge one or ktec one. And you get to choose your size cooler etc

yes mate ill get some pics, itl be easy with the bits infront of you, just pipe your way upto the top, you dont have to do it my way, theres loads of ways.

edit**

by the way tried fitting my bumper today, had to loose both lower bumper mounts, but i think most people do this anyway, and the intercooler has mounts on the bottom, so had to grind these off, and also the pipework is touching the rear of the fogs so havnt mounted them with screws yet, but am working on it...

basically its best to get the 550x140x65, this way no need to cut cross member and will be able to mount further back and keep fogs.

or if you want the 550x180x65 cooler then basically you need to be abit more prepared to chop things

am not to worried about cutting away , did you bolt the cooler to the top of the crossmember or is it just secured by piping ?

And heres some pics of pipe run etc
intercooler to carb side...
this is the intercooler outlet, you can see the bit i had to nip off the towing eye mount, just a bit.

then you can see off the cooler is a 90 degree, joined onto another 90 degree

then that last 90degree will be pointing up towards/behind alternator, put a straight bit of pipe off this onto another 90 degree over the alternator, then a straight bit off pipe to carb top.

intercooler to turbo...
outlet on intercooler

a 90 degree off it, onto another 90degree around subframe

then the 90degree will poke up, i then joined a 90degree alloy bend on it (this is from view without the grill in place)

then joined onto turbo with a 90degree silicone bend (amo going to pipe the air filter to where the old intercooler sat, just need a 45degree pipe)
