im about to star putting an mr2 engine in the back of a campus.  

an wud be intrested to see how ppl have dune it b4

There was a Cosworth 5 which was rear engined, if you can find anything about it.

i spoke to a guy with a twin engined GTT, he'd had a front subframe with suspension turrets welded into the back of the car, i cant remember what he done about keeping the wheels pointing straight though, it was the grey car that always comes up on ebay.


also, i think this has to be one of the fittest 5's around. and its rear engined.
see what you can dig up on it

I know Bob @ CGB is making a twin engined R5.

Last time i saw it it had just come out the paintshop after all the welding in the rear had been finished. I'm sure he has plenty of information.

thats the one  :)  he takes it to ace cafe sometimes, and he's doing a turbo 2 with a mustang engine as well.
it needs so much extra cooling.

He mentioned something about a twin engined beast last saturday, never knew it was for him, he's already got a beast of a car!

cheers for the piks ppl.  but im after sum in progress piks tbh.

mines not as easy either as the rear trak is 100mm wider.

an the subframe from the mr2 is wider than the chasis rails on the 5.  run out of money at the mo  grrgrr
