Please explain what a Perc Fan is Please

As the title really, just trying to get some info... seen a lot of this "perc fan" mentioned in adverts.

its a fan that sucks air in from the drivers wing and blows it onto the carb to cool it down to help prevent hot-start problems.
there's a good mod for them. you unclip it, lift the lid on the bin and sling it in  :wink:
