Weren't these part of the Skeete kit?? I am sure I've seen them on a Skeete car before.

I don't think they sell them any more.

Pick up one of those old fashioned things called a telephone.  If you push in the right combination of numbers you'll get to speak to a real human being (well, Prima's attempt at one).  You can then ask them if they sold them, if they have any left, or if they know where you can get a set, etc...
