how many litres of paint do you think you would need to do a 5???

i seen house of kolor stuff for sale on a site and they sell it in one litre bottles so i was just wondering how many bottles wld be needed to do it.

If painter has some skills, then 2.5 litres is enough. Same amount primer and lac.

What is price for house of kolor paints in U.K.?

the place i found it it was £49 per litre

so i dont kno what that comes to wer u are

also if its 2p or cellioues paint or water based it all depends if you want good finish then you go high build primer then your base coat then your top the laquer to get the best finish

£49 seems cheap for HOk paint......

Yes it is...in here it costs about 200-250€ / litre....so....I am very interested about the place where you are going to buy paint.

well i was quoted 290 quid for 5 litres of house of kolor candy red
i dont kno how cheap or expensive it is.as i dont buy this sort of thing all th time but...awell

Take it mate, i wonder if it's worth buying a litre 1st to check it's ok...Maybe they're trying to get rid of it as they have made some paints illegal now ??

but i dont kno it comes with vat receipt and all tht.so it be hard to cover it up if its goin throo ur books

i know about candy paint and you find that it will be dearer to get some one to paint for you  as the candy paint you can see every imperfection in it and if you do it wrong then you notice it .

you have to start at the bottom of the car with the kit on go from the front to back in 1 swoop then back to front and so on
you cant take panels off and do them individually as the candy wont match

sorry to put a downer on the candy paint
