what age does a car have to be to fall into the classic insurance bracket???

Depends on Insurer but I think in general any car over 10 years old :D

try HIC insurance they quoted me on a my h reg r5 on classic policy miles cheaper than anyone else

I have got a classic policy with performance direct all mods declared and limited mileage (as it is my 2nd car) of 6000 a year I paid in full fully comp just under £300.00 with a £250xs and i got greenflag recovery cover aswell (only used once when H/g went).

I think you have to be 25 or over for a classic policy with HIC, i was with them, all mods declared £600  8)

im only 23 and hic quoted me and performance direct offered me the second car policy for £320 fully comp but id still have insure my other car as well so it was  bit pointless
