rounded off a/c jet

Ive rounded off the head on my a/c jet , does anyone know a good way of getting it out  :x

I did this, i very carefully drilled it out. Not to much so that you remove the threads but just enough so that the remains of the a/c jet are thin enough to bend and 'pick' out.

Get an easy out set before you go drilling it out, thats if the easy out goes that small..
If not you will have to drill out carefully as Ash says..I don't know why they are done up so tight in the 1st place  :roll:
Or if poss get a sharp flat baded screw driver & try tapping it with a hammer to either turn it or make a new slot to undo it ??

all sorted got it out just did it very carefully and slowly  :)

yeah cage all fitted matey, made all proper plates up and is very well bolted down looks ace  8) . been very busy trying to sort this wideband out getting there I think anyway I shall post about that in my other topic.

Yeah, it takes a while to get it right, just remember though it will be set up for that boost, if you lower or higher it the readings will richen or lean off.....
