hello
lil question for u peeps.
im gona use a mini steam cleaner to cleam my engine bay..mainly round about the car and rockercover as its reely grimey.

is there anything i should be careful with when im doing it ie dont skoosh the steam into there...or whateva???

leave the car running when you do it then .

dont switch off other wise you'll struggle to start again been there done that

Anything electrical, most the wiring is around by the alternator so avoid getting it to damp around there. Also avoid the dizzy cap and spark plugs.

Every now and then i give my engine a blast with the jetwash at the local garage just to wash off and oil and grime (my rocker lid seeps regardless of new seals and washers) and i've never had any problems starting up afterwards.

dont worry about avoiding anything if the car is running  was everything in the engine bay

BUT !!!!!!!!
only avoid everything eletrical if the car is'nt running
