2 Engines!
« on: 09:22, Fri 15 August 2008 »
Have just noticed this on Ebay this morning. I am sure this used to be another colour or has there been more than 1?? Oh and apologies if this is a repost.

Yeah I know what you mean but think about all the man hours thats gone into that, converting it for 2 engines and getting the rear one fitted etc etc. If you think about it on those terms I reckon its just about worth it. Also a mint R5 goes for about 4K doesn't it?? This one comes with 2 engines  8)

he reckons there's no spin, even in the wet. i suppose it'd be like most 4 wheel drive cars, but where they have set ratios for power like 40% front - 60% rear and can spin the back a bit, he's car is 50/50 so should grip up straight away?

Maybe. Would be interesting to see it though to see what sort of power its running combined and how fast it could get up a quarter mile strip  8)

Theres been a few twin-engined setups, one of the first was a red one IIRC.

I know Bob @ CGB is working on a shell thats been modified to have two engines fitted.
