door pins!!!

how do you get the old door pins out, mine look like they are roll pins, but have not a clue how i can get them out?

any help appreicated

they just bang out, i used a 7mm punch. and a bit of 6mm rod for the last bit  8)

thanks, did you use a long punch? ive got some but im finding it difficult to line up and hit with hammer as to short?

i got my dad to hold the 7mm (grinded down 8mm one) punch on the pin and i used a bit of 2x4, so that it was long enough to get passed the door, and a persuader to knock them as far as i could and then used a long bit of 6mm rod to get them the rest of the way through. i think i knocked the bottom ones upwards cos they hit off the door when they came through.

i had the jack with a bit of wood to hold the door level as well.

Double check there not the Torx head pins first, these will need undoing a few turns before you let rip with the hammer.
