Took some more snaps after cleaning my car today, over 500 miles of road grime and spatters of coolant after my water pipe burst left it looking a little unloved.

Quality isn't brilliant, there were taken with a 2.0MP camera phone.









And my new polished steering wheel and boss.  8)



Still a few defects with some of the bodywork but it looks and drives 100 times better then when i had it.  :D

I see you've got the Michelin MXV tyres on the original wheels, do you know if these tyres are still available?, i haven't been able to find them for years.
I was using P600's but now on Uniroyal's, MXV's were the best!

I haven't seen them for a while either.

I've used Uniroyals before and found them to be quite decent in dry conditions but really terrible in anything slightly damp, which is a shame really as they are the only tyres that are widely available for the standard wheels unless you fiddle with the tyre size.

Yeah, the Uniroyals are very tricky in the wet, Michelin's were better allround, nothing else available anymore for the standard wheels!

I have 3 MXV tyres on the car with the front driver side being a Uniroyal. It's the only one that locks up in the wet!  :shock:
