think iam going to go for the grille mounted option now for a intercooler as dont want to chop standard bumper up really and i think it will get more air behind grille and keep it looking like this

Yeah definitelty mate, slightly shorter boost run too :)

i have an aj tuning bumper so my cooler would get more air flow from being in the bumper really, but i prefer the grille option.

if im going out to race i'l just pop the grille off

Hey Steve , what turbo would you suggest me ? Now I have T3 and it is very laggy.. It comes on full boost at 4.5-5k rpm...Ofcourse ,it kicks very well , but my car is for road use (not planning to have more than 200bhp) , so I would like to have very quick spool , at low rpm's , but to try not to lose torque at highs. I am thinking about something like KTR 250 ROLLERBEARING POWER SYSTEM HYBRID TURBO , but the price is a bit high  :)  what do you think about it?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Sorry for my english...

I can get a roller bearing T28 for £910+ postage, or something like the T25 with .49 rear will do, like i have now ;), this is £520 new or i'm thinking of selling mine soon to upgrade to a T28 as i use mine for drag racing, keep an eye on the for sale section.

Here is a price list, you would have to add postage to any of these prices.

T25 with .47 rear, good for 180bhp, maybe more depending on engine spec £450 (this turbo is closer to the KTR 230 than the 180 as the 180 runs a bored out .35 T2 rear housing ) 55 trim comp wheel
T25 with .49 rear 225 bhp £520 60 trim comp wheel
T28 with .49 rear 260bhp £620 50 or 60 trim comp wheel
T28 rollerbearing 280bhp £910

you'l have to push the rad towards the engine like i have unless you find a slim intercooler,
also when you measure up,dont forget about the silicone bend's you'l be adding that will make it wider still.

if you can find one,i'd get a cooler with the inlet facing towards the turbo, you'l have little bit more room then :)
