i dont have a group a carb mine has just been rejeted as i heard group a carbs are more hassle than there worth and people go back to standard and rejet, would the forge intercooler make much difference ? i like my power low down and i have the 270 cam which kicks in nicely, so far my spec is...
engine consists of-brand new standard pistons and liners,lightened and balanced crank and flywheel,crank has been machined to 0.25mm,big end and little end,brand new oil pump,BB Tuning gaskets kit,uprated head gasket and bolts,stage 3 ported and gas flowed head,270 degree cam from BB Tuning,plus uprated valve springs and seals,250 bhp BB clutch,all new bearings and shells,brand new water pump,turbo technics stage 1 turbo,pace double capacity intercooler,currently running 14 psi, full stainless steel exhaust,scorpian 4 inch back box and the rest magnex,full samco hoses,bailey dump valve,carb rejetted.
i think its about 165bhp at the minute so i was told but what do you think ?? it would be nice to be around the 185 to 200 bhp so i had a bit more power but iam not complaining at the minute as it doesent hang about
