V-Power or Ultimate?

i was just wondering which juice everyone runs on.
my car's living off the shell v-power but i wondered if the BP ultimate is alright to run it on or if anyone has any views on the subject?
a mate used the bp in his fiesta turbo and it was fine but are the cvh engines made to run on old school unleaded?

I use super or optimax if i'm flush, normally runs on super though.

what ever high octane super stuff I can find normally tesco 99 ron stuff

i never thought of the tesco one, its probably cheaper, and its near enough to the orriginal 98 that the 4 star gave. i'll give it a go.
are there any benifits that you'd actually notice from using say, bp ultimate as its 102 ron? and would it actually keep the fueling system clean or is that something they say so you'll but it?
