Thanks bud, just seen how yours is coming along...and your catching up fast! all the hard work is paying off mate 8)

Not a lot to update on mine...  I have the new brackets fitted I wanted...  mainly the rad cage and top brackets are now blinged and bonet stay bar is now matching in chrome.

Few more new bits I've gathered...

Not sure about fitting the coilovers, I've done a bit of tinkering I like my konis a lot more lately...but will try them sometime.  The other bits are anodised Clio Williams front disks...they are the biggest I can fit inside these wheels I've got at the mo...sadly the 280mm disks didnt allow the wheels to go back on! lol  so had to abandon them!   have some 16v brake extender brackets ready to fit with the disks. Got a chromed water pump to go on that should tie the rest of the engine together nicely  8)  Gearbox end cover to finish that off.. and new handbrake lever to tidy up the inside and give a better quality finish to the interior..

..happy with how its going... the interior is the main area to complete next as its only half way there.. happy boosting everyone  8)

lol..  oh yesss...if its not blinging it goes in the bin!    theres plenty of black and grey around on the car...so it balances it out quite well.. those are the final bits that should tie the rest of whats done together finally...no more.

Yep,  I got the gaz as the koni's felt a bit too soft for me...even on the firmest setting... but have got used to them now and happy enough with them.

iam ok thanks, missing the old 5 like mad some days and could kick myself for selling it but needed to at the time, been looking for my next car was going to get a clio v6 as discussed before but now thinking of a old porsche 911 turbo as i prefer the old classics and with the old credit crunch going on there is some good ones poping up for sale at the minute.
