The belts are now going thru the seat loops.  They were going around the outside of the seat before and fit/look way better now.   Still got my eye on some nice harnesses in black.. but didnt realise how much stuff I've got lined up to get sorted 1st.. got boxes of stuff still to sort out yet   :shock:

  Just about see the belts now going thru the seat..  only pic I have of the belts..

Thanks mate..  :wink:  yep..  been trying out the autoglym..  put a few coats on..  and its come out well..  need the shades on to look at it now!  8)

Thanks mate!  Yep..  I wanted to go out in it today...until I saw the weather this morning!   :?

Quick update...

Have a few new pics...  managed to get a few new bling bits under the bonnet and a new stage 3 head fitted..  so its just going to get a few miles on it till its set up.

The carbon is now fitted..  



and after a shine up..

i've been waiting for some new snaps of this for a while.
the carbon looks sick. it goes really well with the seats  :)
how are the door cards looking? was it much trouble getting the handles to fit?

Thanks scratcher mate its good to get your feedback..  looks much better now the front carbon matches the back and the seats and the Tungy grey goes well with it all. I am going to add some alcantara on the plastic trim thats left... when I get around to it...and around the gauges etc.. so you dont see the plastic ...just suede.

Fitting the front cards were a bit tricky at the start...(with the handles)  soon as you work out how to get the handle/metal rod to line up and bolted on ts easy..just take your time with it,  the second door card was very quickly fitted as I knew what to do the 2nd time.  The nut holding the door handle on is a  'sliding nut'  so I made that a fixed nut which made it easier to fix to.

hey baz  :D   thanks mate,   I contacted CGB and they have a Cyl head specialist they use which is where mine was done.

I am happy with how its going at this stage... but its still on going..  lots of bits to do still... I have only just started the interior really and want to change the brakes that I have got in a box somewhere.. and a few other bits that I have finally got hold of..  its about 75% there... but its a slow pace so will take me a while.. but it will all come together eventually..   :D  (but very happy with it right now)

Looking nice and clean as usual! Even in the winter weather.

One question though, foot mats in the rear?  :shock: Going to be a firm ride for whoever sits back there.  :lol:

Cheers ash  :D   I use those quite a bit...  to chuck stuff on in the back... last time I carried a box in the back it scratched up all the paint so quite handy  :idea:    8)
