Hesitation may be carb freeze if it's started to do it when it's really cold.
Prob more down to poor carb jetting though & over fueling.
Oh & if you want serious power then you will find you need an uprated clutch sooner or later (prob sooner

)
You don't really need a seperate oil cooler either unless you are revving the nuts off the car for a long period ie. track days.
Most of the power comes from the turbo you run
