My New Monte carlo toy. He He !!!!

Well here is my new five i picked up well cheap from a local police impound near me. Got a right touch. Just need to sort the spacing out on the rear of the rims, Drop my new rebuilt engine in , change the rear axel complete and get a respray sorted. I have put my gt interoir in it now just need to do the plastics........
here we go...

Its the monte carlo kit with the flush arches, check prima racing the blue one im robbing the bits of at the mo to get the red one up and running, the blue one is a phase 1 1986 gt. Would like to restore that back to its original glory but is suffering from alot of rust, hence why i bought this one.

Bodykit is monte carlo. Bonnet and grill is different. Bonnet is GTtunings and grill is laguna style :wink:

ive got a bonnet like that, just needs painted. i like the kit with the smoothed arches

yer just need to space the rear  wheels out once i put my axel on, they dont come out enough to fill the rear arch. will see what spacers i need once its on. will put some more pics on very very soon, just bought a shed load of goodies for it cant wait to stick em all on. :D  some shiney bits too !!!!! oh whats the max length intercooler i can put on, ive seen a few but there all about 670mm long, will this cause me some probs with pipe work, havent measured yet to check

Hey guys and girls been a very long time since i posted and done any work on the motor, good news though have dropped the engine in now and sorted the inside of the car. will post some pics soon.
this used to be a standard 1.4 scratcher could be that guys we will never know.
Should have the old girl running by next week will kepp you all informed

Ok Here is some photos of the stage i am at now, did have alot more of when i done the rear axel and interior but they are on my old hard drive and cant get them off. As soon as i can i will take some more and put a vid up off when i start her up....

Cheers bro !!!! its been long so far about 2 years off the road in total so clucking to get back into the drivers seat, as i said i have got shed loads of pics of all the work just need to get them of my old hard drive ,will keep everyone updated
