White smoke

Hi all,

Been having some problems lately, i've just had the head gasket replaced and a carb rebuild, now its pumping out white smoke (mainly when slowing down) I've been told it may need a bottom end rebuild or it could be a turbo problem, which is more likely and whats my best course of action.

If its turbo problem the smoke its blue..does car losing coolant?if not rebuild botom end...
