i was the 1 that done the work i put a new fuel pump and relay on started fine and run for about 15mins before going to get more petrol and the boom oh well never mind these things happen

the moral of the story is, always carry a fire extinguisher in ya 5 :wink: just before christmas my fuel pipe came away from my carb and i had just got off of the motorway. it was spraying fuel all over the manifold but luckily it never went up. i had plooms of steamy smokey stuff bellowing out form under the car. well harsh :shock:

Yeah I always carried a fire extinguisher in my 5 !! Must be heart breaking seeing you car going up in flames !!
