By passing some water hoses

Well,

I'm making my engine all new!

And when I start assembling, I was thinking by passing some water hoses. I want to disconnect The water hose that connects from turbo to carbu, and connect to the hose that connect from water pump to intake manifold. So with this Ill be removing the water from intake manifold and carbu.
Hope understand me.

Will this kind of mod to anything bad?  I think it would be more cold on the parts...

I done the same as you many years back on my old C1j'd 5 and didn't have any problems doing so.  I even remvoed the turbo coolant pipes and just treated the engine to more regular oil changes like the early phase 1 5 gtt's.

You might want to keep the carb hoses.

Like James above, I removed all the smaller hoses (makes things tidyier, and less prone to leaks etc) but I found that refitting the carb hoses made life a bit easier in winter!

like ash says, it'll be fine for summer, in cold weather it will probably cause carb freeze, especially if you have a fmc fitted. i had it happening all winter, took me weeks to figure it out lol
