hello cant find the clearances for the tappets anywhere for my my 1.4 campus 1994 can anyone help also looking at upgrading the brakes whats the best way to go about this.

According to the Haynes book the valve clearances on the non-turbo are slightly less. Measurements on a cold engine are as follows.

Inlet - 0.15mm (0.006 in)
Exhaust - 0.20mm (0.008 in)
