Any advice on boost pressure settings for t25 stage 4 has forged bottom end so could take a bit not to sure what to set it up to any advice would be appreciate

Before you increase boost pressure do you have a decent wideband kit so you can monitor AFR's??

I will have Ill set on dyno that reads air file ratios I don't have a in car one I could get one what boost will this turbo run?

Who made it and what's been done to it?

'Stage 4' could mean anything, varying from tuner to tuner.

Has ceramic wheel 360 bearings upgrade stagerd seal upgrade turbo was built at ra designs I built engine

If its a good full T25 then around the 20-25psi is possible but will be able to tell more with the exact spec of it

What cam you got in the engine too?

How much can I adjust the actuator is hardly boosting as it is

See other thread you posted I have responded on there but if the actuator is not allowing anymore boost you may have to replace the actuator or run a blled valve to get the boost level you are after
