I've got an original boot pin switch to go in for the alarm etc, where are they located?
Would it replace one of the tailgate stop pads?

Mine has an aftermarket one fitted onto that section of plastic also. Drivers side instead, not that it matters.
It just needs to be fitted in a place where the switch can be pushed when the boot is shut.
