f7p turbo conversion.

Does anyone know if i'd need a new ecu or could just have a re-map done on the phase 1 ecu?
Head ported,polished,valves reseated uprated valve springs
270 cam
Modified carb, large venturi
2.5in downpipe
large elbow
2.5in side exit
Paceintercooler
samco blue hoses
Green induction kit
T25 turbo
Forge actator
Ktec large drilled disc conversion,
APEX rear shocks, 35mm front springs.

Are you planning to trbo the engine or stay N/A?

Planning to run it turbod with a t28 skimmed pistons 1bar of boost renault 21 injectors just unsure if it needs the stand alone ecu or not mark

To be honest i would go for a standalone ecu as you'll be able to map it alot better

I've got Adaptronic but there are loads avaliable to choose from, think it comes to personal preference.
One hint, when you price one up keep abit aside for mapping after as they come blank

Agree with Mark, having had an F7p turbo'd 5 and run it on a Fastchips High boost std ECU the fueling is not perfect as it's just a generic chip it is possible to live map the std ECU for your setup a bloke in Oxfordshire does it his website is voodoo tuning, to be honest I have not heard or seen any big power car's he has worked on.  majority of peeps with F7p turbo vehicles seem to run adaptronic and get Scoff @ EFI car parts to Map them and he has alot of experience in doing it and some very high powered car's have come out from there very well set up.
