Cheers. The wings were glued on by the indicator, other than that just the bolts at the top, and a rivet at the bottom.

I got the rest of the wheels on, looks good. Didnt get a pic though.
Getting the engine all back together so its running and i can move it around the drive and sort some of this tinworm out. Cus its riddled with it!

Needs an update.
I had some time of work so i got to the car.

Remote central locking fitted.
So door locks removed and smoothed

Also removed the second ariel

And blanked off the wiper and washer

Lights and bumper done

Thought id remove the spare wheel as its extra weight i dont need (i have AA for that).
Anyone want a phase 1 wheel from the bottom of the sea?

And chipped off all the sound deadening from the boot

Got 95% through this stuff and dad told me it was a strengthening aid so that they can get away with using thinner metal. Whatever its gone now.

Nearly ready for the entire paint now.

Still havnt touched all the welding it will need doing, but as long as something is going on im happy with the progress.

Its also not boosting particularly well, but its not overheating and starting well, ill deal with that later.

I got impatient and wanted to paint something today seing as it was very nice

Very rushed but it doest look too bad actually, it was just a quick coat to cover all the nastyness, will guve it a proper coat another time.

But i am loving this colour now
