compression test

hey all, ive compression tested my engine and shes running low on all the cylinders :/
they go like this 124psi, 124 psi, 130 psi, 138 psi shes not really smoking just running a bit off, does any1 have any ideas what could be causing this? thanks

To be honest they are low I would expect a standard compression engine in general good condition to be around 150psi,

Have you tried doing a wet test? that's just a case of putting a teaspoonful of oil into each bore as you test and if the results improve you are prob looking @ knackered rings?
