« on: 09:54, Sat 07 January 2012 »
Can anyone tell me how to get the sunroof glass out? Haynes has no mention of sunroof at all, and the last thing I want to do is tkae it out, damage summat and be left with a big hole. I'm getting wet enough as it is now!

Once fully open, have you tried pressing the red clip on the mechanism then opening some more and push the glass up??

I think thats how mine came out    8)

The red clip is sort of pushed in already. It won't move much further anyway.

i had the same set up in mine. i snapped the plastic rod. fully unwind the rod and push the red button in fully. then just lift the glass roof up and out. if the rod is stuck then just undo the three bolts that hold the mech in place.
pretty straight forward.
