I have a classic car policy on mine. Im sure the restrictions are as follows.

Used as second car.
Limited 7000 miles.
Driver aged 25+ (i think, might be 21)

Be aware when I enquired about this, classic insurance stops you from building up no claim bonus, so overall I left it.

It's covered as my 2nd car, which means i can't use my NCB on it anyway. My everyday car is on a 'normal' policy.

Multi-car policy? Perfect... obviously you understand it wouldn't be so great as a single car policy though! Out of interest what's your 'day to day' car if you don't mind me asking?

pretty sure you have to be 25 to qualify for a classic policy

also certain companies want the car to be standard others allow for a 10-20% increase in bhp, others will insure with all mods and any power increases.

im currently with footman james 204 a year

others to try are graham sykes, hic, and lancaster

T28/t2.63 (cossie comp housing,t28 comp wheel,t28 shaft/turbine)@23psi
ported head
cat cams 285 cam, springs and vernier
bjr downpipe/elbow
turbo back 2.5" bore longlife system
tubular manifold
fully rejetted carb
Ramair Induction Kit
cosworth 2wd Intercooler
Lowered 50mm

It's not multi-car.

The R5 is with Sureterm, under there classic car policy. The daily workhorse (Peugeot 206) is with Direct Line under a 'normal' policy. As you can't use NCB on 2 cars at the same time i have my NCB on the Pug.
