does anyone know the easiest way to remove a fuel sender as mine is messin about so maybe a clean up or a replacement is in order,cheers

Easy matey, remove rear lower bench, undo connections 3 x pipes and 1 x wire connector block with 3 wires on.

Then you need to make a tool to undo the big black plastic retaining donut, I used a modified metal exhaust clamp and it fitted perfectly just a case after that of undoing it, and then you can pull the sender unit out.

I got a large one and just bent the ends out enough so it would fit nicely into the sender donut
