The one in the link, it bolts onto the gearbox right next to the metal 'half moon' cover that protects the flywheel.

The rubber end fits into the subframe, it's not a tight fit at all. I'm guessing it limits the amount of engine and gearbox movement on its mounts.

Now, i will have another look for a picture of that engine-gearbox rod.
