hobbies and interests

thought id start another aword winning topic. apart from spending lots of money and time on 20+ year old cars what else is everyone interested in?

il start, i am into mma. (mixed martial arts) been doing in on and off since i was 8.
diving (squba) not done that to much as i live in land. lol
and addicted to watching films. got aprox 1200 dvds at the mo.

prob more but thats a start.

Nitro R/C is taking over at the moment. Managed to hit the only signpost for 1 square mile earlier so now my wheel is dangling off, according to the parts diagram i need a replacement 'flange post' i will try to keep a straight face when i go and order that one.  :lol:

I like films, anything really.

Computers, i'm a keen FPS gamer on the PC also a bit of a Unix geek (yawn)

Hmmm, for me it's probably my marine fish tank, Enduros and downhill mountain biking.  Just started up a new fish tank now the house is almost at an end so that;ll be yet another money pit once I start concentrating on it in earnest.  As for the enduros & downhilling I'm currently taking a break from both of them as I had to sell the bikes to get the Escort.  

Hopefully this time next year I'll get myself anther GasGas bit as for the downhilling I'll just wait to see if the scene picks up a little first as it was dieing on it's arse when i sold up...

sounds good chaps. i did have two 4ft tropical fish tank set ups. got rid of both now just have a small tank with my sons fish in. i mountain bike every day. to work.  :lol:  as my cars not ready till tomorrow. used to do it for fun. not so much any more.

as for gameing i have never owned a console but allways loved playing ghost recon on my mates xbox.

I've just started getting more into photography. Learning shooting and editing techniques.
Riding BMX... Well, not for ages actually. A massive face plant and a lack of people to go out with are big issues. Still pop out on my 26'' jump bike to ride along the canals  
And I'm getting ridiculously into dubs. I went to my 3rd VW event of the year at the weekend.

I was doing alot of rock climbing (mostly trad or lead) up untill last year when my regular partner moved.
Most Sundays now I shoot hunter field target or HFT, been doing it for 4 years now & have won quite a few trophies  :mrgreen:

Yes mate    Bug Jam at Santa Pod. It was more like a festival than a car show  :lol: A lot of cider went down!

how do people find the time for any other hobbies or interests every spare moment i have is normaly spent trying to fix the latest thing that has stopped working on the car  :roll:
