just a few snaps bin out all day saw going to get on with shining up the paint work i want it gleaming ! saw did the bonnet  8)



cant wait to get these on once i refurbed them

What wheels are those, i'm sure i've seen them before.

ash lee they are mim 1900's 15 inch 7j wide 2 inch depth theyll look mint i reckon

baz its Cellulose paint standard black  :)  saw i got on with buffing the paint  8) ive done bonnet wing and rear quarter today it takes time but i am gettin there





that it upto now more tomorow if this nice weather holds out touch wood

cracking job mate ,did you laquer it aswell ?? looks well mint now youve polished it,was thinking on going the cellulose route myself,and looking at your results i think i will ,as there are plenty of paint suppliers still flogging it ,well done mate keep the photos coming !!!!! 8)  8)  8)

cheers baz and yes laquered 9 coats reason being is itll last for a very long time still going to polish it more because it will keep getting better and better more flattened the laquer gets  :D

jesus 9 coats ,it will be like a sheet of glass once your done,really nice job bud ,its gonna look well cool once you get the kit and bumpers done,black looks amazing when its polished ,thats why im sticking with black myself,where did you but your paint from ???

nice one baz and tubbyg  :)  and yes i rather have a black 5 than amettalic coloured ones it justs suits the 5's saw well and baz i got the materials from a small paint supplier next to my mates garage pal

thanks for comments jeff and baz
not done alot due to the weather. saw i still needed to skim filler over the repair on the rear bumper  saw i thought might aswel slice off the sponge tape and fibre glass were the bumper strips used to be







saw then i thought let them set and get on with the front bumper saw rubbed down and primed



paint is on laquered tomorow let it set then bolt it on  8)
