Got a softspot for something besides gt turbos?

Almost had an s1 rs turbo before my 1st raider :p Friend's got a unit FULL of oldschool fords, 2 mk2 cortinas (ones a lotus) a mk1 bubble arch rally car, a mk1 escort van with a cossie engine and a few other mad cars, pic i took the other day prior to his cortina gt's mot, he's not arsed about how his cars looks just how they perform, he's like a ford guru haha

My major soft spot is old Ford metal with the Renault 5 being my dirty little secret.  Currently have a Mk1 Escort which I'm working on getting road worthy again after a previous owner turned it into a track slag.  Got lots to do and lots to spend but here's a couple of pics below and the link to the PB ablum.

And here's my original Escort that I had to let go midway through restoration due to (as always) a financial shafting from the Government.  I was gutted about selling it I wasn't too far off finishing it and lost a shit load on it....had all trick bit's for it too like LSD, billet calipers, brake bias pedal box the lot....

The unit 2 doors down from where i work is an American car garage. They have some really nice looking motors pull up.

There's a matt black muscle car of some sort which has been there for a while now.
