Are they compomotive TH mono wheels? I saw some on a MX5 and like the look of them.

They do a diamond cut one they look the biz!!!

the wheels are R Clio speedline turbines, with no centre caps.

I really want some centre caps if any one has any?

I'm thinking about some new wheels tbh, I'd like some silver spoke type rims to make the car look a bit lighter on the road, the turbines are great but i think they look a bit chunky and flat

Its difficult to find a nice set that are different, im always on the lookout for a spare set.

I have been doing a few things to the exterior styling on my 5. Managed to get out in the sunshine and take some pictures on the weekend.

Carbon fibre wrap is the current experiment, finally got a set of Turbine caps, they were silver so rather than paint them I wrapped them, car looks so much better with the wheel caps.

Done some of the black and grey plastic on the bumpers roof etc, and the Renault badge on the grille, bit more to do, but think it modernises the old plastic quite well...you'll notice the roof plastic on one side is not done, wrapping that was "fun" ahem :lol: , cant face the other side for a few days...!

alright mate, nice looking tungy, my first 5 was a tungy with the same clio rims, i changed the color of the car and sold the rims, im still not realy sure y, cos this looks 'PH'at i also had the same problem with the sun roof on my raider, only in the winter i had a nice block of ice every morning  :lol:

I would like to pinch the carbon grill badge idea, i think it would look good against the red.

Is it the vinyl adhesive or have you done something different?

thanks for your comments, I'm really happy with the look I'm starting to achieve.

got some engine mods to do soon too...

The Carbon fibre is the sticky back Vinyl stuff you can buy on ebay, its fairly cheap and with a bit of practice you can get some cool stuff done. Use a hot air heat gun, take your time and go gentle, it maes stuff look cool but does take a while. Watching you tube wrapping videos helps to get an idea of stuff to do. I am deffinetly still a beginner  :lol:

I'd love to buy another R5 and wrap the car, would look sick.
