work shop / tool / ramp hire

Any body have any experince of useing a place like this? (http://www.rentaramphalifax.co.uk/)
my R5 needs the break pipes replacing and a good undersealing and heard of the above place which is the closest place to me which offer hourly workshop hire with ramp as getting it up in the air properly would make it easyer and faster. only £10 p/h and you get the full use of tools etc

Good experince , waste of time ? better just to do it in the garden?

i herd these places were pretty good, if u no what ur doing and havent got the space or the tools (and the ramps) to do some jobs
