Short shift linkage

Has anyone got any experience of these short shift linkages on ebay?

Yes mate I have one. Firstly they are an absolute mother to fit. Ul need a new plastic bush from Renault before u even try to fit it. Think it was 3 quid. As u will distort the old one getting the standard linkage out. The new one is plastic and a lot better anyway. O and get a new c clip to. I lost mine taking it out.
When u have  fitted the linkage u will need to adjust the gearstic alignment from under the car. Or u won't get all ur gears. Not hard but a bit time consuming on ur own as ul have to keep checking once u have adjusted it.

But once all this is done it feels lush changing gear. Like a Totaly diferant gearbox.
I changed my spring to. As mine had snapped.
It takes getting used to but once u have gear change is much faster.
