dude the carb top white hoses arent right
The carb top ports are different sizes, the bigger port internally goes to the front of the turbo actuator and the smaller port goes to the metal breather pipework that goes to the back of the turbo elbow and the back turbo actuator port. DO NOT GET THESE THE WRONG WAY ROUND OR IT WILL BOOST UP TO HIGH HEAVEN AND BLOW THE HEADGASKET STRAIGHT AWAY
the front turbo actuator pipe needs to go to just the carb top, and not tee'd into the middle carb port ( for stock fitment/boost)
Or you can remove the white hose and block it and feed the front actuator port from the middle carb port, but then you need to block both carb top ports and remove and block the breather pipe on the back of the turbo (aka "cup mod" this will also tidy up the bay a bit due to less hoses hanging about
